Vilnius is the capital of Lithuania.
Since I started my journey, I traveled all capitals in each countries except for Turkey. But, Istanbul was a central city of Turkey such as Dar es salaam and NY.
Anyway, what I felt everytime when I go to capital is that there are not a big differences between capitals. Moreover, only a few differences among countries in Europe.
Anyway the feacures of capital are;
Full of people including tourist
Prices are higher than any other cities
Both poor peoples and rich peoples
Skyscrapers
....
Probably there are other feacures in the capital what I haven't noticed.
By the way, I have lived in Tokyo more than 20 years. That is, my life has full of those enviromnent as I told you on above. What I felt is that compared to Tokyo and other capitals is that Tokyo is a really huge capital even if Tokyo is one of a small prefecture in Japan.
Anyway, the reason is why I go to capital of each country is that I think that there might find something new what I haven't noticed in that countries. Still I haven't that idia in Vilnus. I will expore to the city from now on!
Additionally, I heard that not only Lithuania but also other Baltic countries have great influence on the Crisis. I haven't figure out the reason why these ares had such dameges, about 15% down on GDP, if someone knows the reason, please tell me!

近代史の中では、ロシア共栄圏というのは実に経済発展が遅れているという、一致した見解である。何故ならロシアの百年というのは、領土拡大と軍事力の配備というそれだけしか実践してこなかったわけで、資本主義の工業化という点は疎かにされてきた。また社会主義の弊害は、官僚として生き残るのが人生の成功者だという勘違いを国民に強いてきた。また国民も高級官僚には逆らえないという意識も定着する（日本も似ているが）。教育も決して高水準だったわけでもなくて、労働者の頭脳程度は案外低かったと思われている。
ReplyDelete２、国民の勤勉性だけを比較するならば、江戸から４００年の日本人は、実に粗末な生活と労働環境が悪い中でも二宮金次郎のように、真面目によく労働してきた。半分年貢を納めたり、生かさず殺さずと言われた小作環境でも稲作を続けてきたのは、世界に誇れる労働力があると考えられる。
３、北欧を含めたバルト国は、人口で北海道程度の国ばかりである。ＧＤＰが仮に北海道と同じであっても吹けば飛ぶような規模でしかないのだから、北欧三国のようにい、教育程度を上げ、自由と社会主義のバランスを取り、労働者に目標を持たせ勤勉に働かせ、そのような国家の主体性がなければ、国は落ちぶれる。
概要、経済規模だけの話なら以上のようだ。リトアニアと日本の貿易は少額だが、日本が輸入するのは家具木製品であり、輸出するのは車関係だ。これじゃ後進国との貿易と変わりがない。しかし現在は中国がかつての日本のように世界の下請け企業として安い労働力を提供してきたのだから、日本の立場は世界で相対的に低くなっている。
1. Some people say that the education in Japan is pretty much highter than the eastern european countries. But the level of English education in eastern Europe is higher than Japan I think.
ReplyDelete2. That may be true. People in here they are not a lot of overtime to work, but I guess it is more confortable to live.
3.Still there is a lot of influence on Russia like the same in Japan from the States.
